RECYCLE TATTOO DESIGN DEPOSIT & APPOINTMENT TERMS
Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for choosing Recycle Tattoo. Please review the following terms carefully before making a deposit to ensure a smooth design and booking process.
1. DEPOSITS & APPOINTMENTS
1.1. Appointment Confirmation
The deposit is equivalent to 30% of the total tattoo cost and will be deducted from the final payment upon completion of the tattoo.
1.2. Cancellations & Refunds
Before the studio sends the design draft:
100% of the deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
After the studio sends the design draft: The deposit is non-refundable.
* Within 48 hours prior to the appointment time: The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be carried over, regardless of whether the design draft has been sent.
The refund policy does not apply to the urgent booking fee mentioned in Section 1.5.
1.3. Rescheduling & Deposit Retention
The deposit is equivalent to 30% of the total tattoo cost and will be deducted from the final payment upon completion of the tattoo.
Deposits can be held for a maximum of 4 months from the initial scheduled appointment date. You must complete your tattoo session within this period. After this period, the deposit becomes invalid and is non-refundable.
1.4. Last-Minute Rescheduling / Changes
If you reschedule within 48 hours prior to the appointment time or fail to show up for your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be carried over. You will need to make a new deposit to confirm your next appointment.
1.5. Urgent Booking
Applicable for appointments booked no more than 4 days in advance of the tattoo date:
The booking retention fee is 10% of the tattoo cost, with a minimum of 500,000 VND. The studio will not send a design draft before the appointment.
The booking retention fee is non-refundable upon cancellation. Rescheduling is subject to Sections 1.3 and 1.4.
2. DESIGN & MODIFICATIONS
2.1. Design Delivery Time
The studio will send the design draft within …… days/weeks from the deposit date, based on the agreed-upon concept.
This provision does not apply to urgent bookings mentioned in Section 1.5.
2.2. Design Modifications
You are entitled to a maximum of 3 rounds of revisions within the scope of the agreed-upon concept. Please consolidate all requested changes into a single response per round so that the studio can make thorough and accurate adjustments.
2.3. Concept Changes
You are allowed to change to a different concept a maximum of 1 time.
Please read carefully and discuss with the studio if you need any clarification prior to making a payment. Making a deposit confirms that you have read and agreed to the above terms.
