Fish

🔥 Blackwork, flow, cartoon, everything nice.

An introverted, reserved person who struggles to express emotions, Fish came to Recycle to "recycle" his instinct-driven way of living and to find a path for himself.

After two years of formal training in technique, we have now officially worked together for over a year. This work has been helping Fish understand herself better. He’s finding herself and shaping his identity, becoming clearer and more defined.

Different versions of ourselves often compete for expression in our minds, sometimes making us feel weary or frustrated. But, viewed from another perspective, this is a gift from God for those who can harness and develop it into something useful. Fish has captured and made full use of his strengths to create unique and expressive works. His tattoo lines are bold, breathing life into characters, fully conveying the emotions clients hope for, helping them preserve the sentiments they wish to share on their beloved skin.

Fish – Bold Tattoos with Distinctive Expressiveness

“Someone once told me that if I wanted to learn tattooing, I should explore one of the most famous studios in Saigon, Recycle.

My first impression of Recycle was the atmosphere and the people. I felt a connection to this place, sensing a part of myself here. It was the right decision to stay. Over time, the mentors here taught me many things, not just tattoo techniques but also ways of living.

I "recycled" much of myself to adapt. Previously, I lived entirely by instinct, and my past environment wasn’t the best. Being part of Recycle and working with everyone here helped me discover a part of myself. Changing my environment and work allowed me to meet many different people daily. Thanks to this, I established standards for self-improvement, following in my mentors’ footsteps and becoming better every day.

My inner world grew larger, I felt smaller, but I no longer felt alone or insecure. My heart found peace and innocence. I am like a small wave that has found the beloved ocean where I belong. From there, I broke free from emotional shackles, crossed creative boundaries, and infused my soul into every detail of my tattoos. I am delighted when clients receive the expression and meaning they wish to keep on their skin.” - Fish
